Refund & Return Policy

Customers have the right to apply for a refund within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Returned items must be:

• unused

• in original condition

• in original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price excluding original shipping costs within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
